How collaboration works

Different roles. One shared commitment.

Partnership can take different forms. The professional multidisciplinary response and broader community support both matter, but they serve different purposes and involve different responsibilities.

Coordinated professional response

Working across disciplines

Deirdre’s House operates within a countywide multidisciplinary system. Professionals from relevant disciplines coordinate their expertise to support an informed, child-focused response.

Participation in this work is determined through official agency roles, professional responsibilities, and established procedures. It is not a public volunteer or community-membership opportunity.

Community support

Extending the mission

Schools, businesses, community organizations, funders, volunteers, and other supporters can strengthen prevention education, awareness, events, donation drives, and organizational resources.

These relationships do not involve access to confidential cases, client information, or clinical services.
